  • What are your payment methods?
    We accept credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet and UPI. We do not offer cash on delivery at the moment.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    No, we currently do not offer gift cards.
  • Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?
    We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We do not take responsibility for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.
  • What is your exchange/refund policy?
    Since returns are not accepted at this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. We replace items if they are defective/damaged subject to availability of the product. Please read our Shipping & Returns policy to know more about our exchange and refund policy.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Standard Shipping Order will be shipped and delivered within 3- 12 working days. ​ Express shipping Order placed will be shipped and delivered within 2-3 working days. If your area is 'no service' area, we recommend selecting express shipping. ​ Due to the ongoing pandemic, delivery time might vary.
  • How can I track my order?
    Your tracking details will be sent via email. You can track your order with the AWB number at the courier website provided.
  • Do you take pre-orders?
    At REIN, we do not believe in wasteful production, to reduce production and consumption waste, we will occasionally update our made-to-order list with sizing, pricing and color. Keep in mind that made-to-orders will take 20-30 days to reach you. Due to the ongoing pandemic, there might be time constraint, but we will try our best to deliver at the earliest.   • How do I pre-order?
    Pre-orders are taken on our website.​ You can add the products you wish to purchase to your cart and checkout as usual.
  • Can you cancel an order?
    We do not have a cancellation policy. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, orders placed incorrectly for a different product can be cancelled in exchange for another product subject to availability.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
