Shipping Policy

We, at REIN, thank you for your business. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be a daunting task. We carefully check and examine all our products before shipping and strive to curate and deliver the best. We take great care in ensuring high quality standards for our products, and that they reach you in good condition. We ask that you go over the product details and size-chart carefully before making a purchase. If you have doubts about any detail, we request you to get in touch with us at, and we will be happy to answer any query.

Shipping Policy

We ship all over India. We offer free shipping on purchases made over Rs. 1990. Shipping charges of Rs. 60 are applicable on orders below Rs. 1990. 

We also provide express shipping, which will be charged a flat rate or Rs. 350, and is recommended for  'no service' areas to avoid packages lost in transit. 

We currently do not offer Cash On Delivery.

We do not refund for packages lost in transit.

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We do not take responsibility for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent if and when they are received back at REIN and will incur a reshipment fee.

Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to deliver the best quality products.

As a policy, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and no exchange or returns are offered at the moment as we are trying to reduce wasteful productions. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order subject to availability and the same must be notified within 24hrs of delivery with supporting images and videos for the same. The product must be re-shipped to our studio within 24hrs of notifying, upon receiving and examining the product, the right product will be delivered to the customer in 7 working days. Please note, if the product we receive fails the testing process, we reserve every right to send back the product, which will incur a re-shipment fee. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer won't be refunded.

Refund Policy

Since returns are not accepted at this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. In special circumstances, please email us at We will review your email and will get in touch with you to sort any concerns you might have.


We replace items if they are defective/damaged subject to availability of the product. In such cases, re-shipping of the defective product should be arranged by the customer, while the shipping charges can be claimed from the brand upon presented with a copy of the shipping bill.
